The clock starts when the carrier drops your order off, and it runs for 30 days. Ask us for an authorization and get the parcel on its way within 30 days of delivery.

If it is unused and in the original packaging, with every part, strap and insert it arrived with, we take it back. Anything that has been used stays with you.

Hold on to the box and wrapping for a few weeks. The return goes back in them.

A kit is returned whole: every item in it comes back together, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Keeping the crate and sending back the pads, for example, is not an option: it is the whole kit or none of it.

1. 1Write to support@clickcrazypets.com. Put in the order number, and name each thing you plan to send.
2. 2You get back a return authorization, plus the address for the parcel.
3. 3Pack everything in its original packaging and post it to that address before the 30 days are up.

Every return needs an authorization before it ships, so write first and post second.

You pay for return shipping, with any carrier you like. Pick one you can follow online, and hang on to its receipt until the refund shows up. Your first delivery cost you nothing, which means the refund covers the items only.

When the parcel lands with us, the amount you were charged for those items goes back to the original payment method inside 5 business days.

From there, your bank or card company decides the day it appears on your statement.
